Masala Bread Rolls :

Preparation Time:  1 hour | Cooking Time:  40 minutes | Servings: 4-5

Ingredients :

For the rolls

Aashirvaad atta: 1 cup

Aashirvaad Salt: 1 tsp

Water: as required

Instant yeast: 1 tsp

Sugar: ½ tsp

Butter: 1 tsp

For the masala :

Oil: 1 tsp

Onions (chopped): ¼ cup

Garlic (finely chopped): 1 tbsp

Green chilies (finely chopped): ½ tbsp

Coriander (finely chopped): ½ cup

Turmeric powder: ½  tsp

Aashirvaad salt: as per taste

Method:

In a pan, heat oil to prepare the masala. Add onions, garlic, and green chilies and saute. 

Add the spices and coriander and saute. 

Keep aside to cool. 

Next, take the yeast in a small bowl and add enough warm water and sugar and keep aside for 10 minutes. 

Once the yeast has been activated, add the remaining ingredients mentioned under rolls along with the prepared masala and knead into a smooth dough using the yeast mixture. Rest the dough for about 20 minutes by covering with a wet cloth. 

Divide the dough into 5-7 equal portions and shape them into balls. Rest the balls again for 30 minutes by covering with a wet cloth.  

Pre-heat oven and bake at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes after brushing the balls with butter.
